Suppression Cookie Handling

• Fixed an issue where the suppression cookie was not being properly dropped when a 0 or null value was passed to the dropSuppressionCookie() function.

Saving Consent Preferences

• Resolved a bug that prevented user preferences from being saved when consent categories for an existing vendor were modified or updated in a published notice.
