Universal Consent Platform (UCP) Improvements & Fixes

• Fixed a rounding issue in the Privacy Consent Dashboard affecting the Average Consent Rate calculation. Values are now rounded correctly and will no longer exceed 100%.
• WCAG Fixes
  • Fixed keyboard navigation issues in the cookie consent banner.
  • Improved Tab and Shift+Tab focus behavior to keep keyboard navigation within the banner.
  • Resolved an issue where focus could leave the banner or become stuck on the first link during reverse navigation.
  • Fixed an issue where IAB vendor links in the cookie consent banner did not open.
  • Resolved a JavaScript error (showCookieConsentTool is not defined) that prevented vendor pages from launching.
  • Users can now successfully open the IAB vendors list and vendor details in the Options dialog from the banner.
