Improved Consent Preference Storage

Improved how UCP stores consent preferences to prevent the consent cookie from being removed when browsers reach their cookie storage limit. This ensures users' consent preferences are retained, reducing the need to re-consent and keeping the consent banner hidden as expected.

Google Additional Consent Support

Added support for Google's Additional Consent String (ACS) to capture and maintain consent for Google and other vendors not included in the IAB Global Vendor List. ACS is now generated and updated alongside the IAB TCF consent string, ensuring consent preferences are correctly communicated to Google services and other integrations that require it.
