Universal Consent Platform (UCP)

• Fixed an issue in the Privacy UI where the Consent Comparison report graph was overlapping with input fields.
• Removed the 50% Vendor Logic from category consent to ensure regulatory compliance. Categories now reflect the visitor's actual choice only — previously, a category could be auto-accepted if the majority of its vendors were marked as required, even without explicit visitor consent.
