Universal Consent Platform (UCP) Improvements & Fixes

• Fixed an issue in UCP (Universal Consent Platform) where IAB vendors and purposes were not displayed when users clicked "Show Vendors" or "Show Purposes" after a page refresh or immediately following page load.
• This update ensures IAB vendor and purpose information loads and displays consistently, while accurately saving user preferences and updating the IAB consent string based on end-user selections.
