DG Release - 6 Dec 2022

This release (23.17.0) contains the following minor enhancements and bug fixes for UCP:

• Limit ability to override GPC flag while using templates in UCP notice settings
• Bug fix for opening Options Dialog automatically when GPC is not enabled in browser.
• Bug fix in AutoPop process to add/remove vendors at state level for US & Canada using Scan Data.
• Bug fix for ability to access "back button" on Options Dialog while navigating using keyboard.
