DG Release - 24 January 2023

This release (23.21.0) contains:

• UCP now supports GPC (Global Privacy Control) feature for notices without consent banner.
• Nestle - Bug Fix for logo upload dialog overlay in UCP styles.
• Updated SiteNotice2 to hide "Apply changes" and "Cancel" buttons when opt-out all is clicked.
• Updated UCP Request type filter to display values according to the regulation type in Access Request section.
