DG Release - 1 Nov 2022

This release contains bug fixes and WSS support in TC for UCP.

• Bug fixes for UCP notices to comply with WCAG & ADA compliance.
• TagControl now supports WSS protocol, and an updated TC collector to capture WSS protocol URLs.
• TagControl users can add WSS hosts manually from the UI.
• Added new PingActions in UCP to capture more user actions.
• Bug fix for Privacy Collector when custom UserId is passed.
