Universal Consent Platform (UCP)
UCP has been updated with full Google Consent Mode v2 and Google Tag Gateway (GTG) In-CMP Signaling (ICS) support to meet Google's 2026 CMP Partner Program requirements.
What's new:
- Google Consent Mode v2 default and update signals now fire automatically on every page load and after every user consent action.
- GTG In-CMP Signaling (ICS) is now supported, ensuring consent states are accurately communicated to Google services when GTG is in use.
- Auto-grant handling is improved — when no consent banner is displayed (e.g., outside GDPR scope or when global consent defaults are configured), consent signals are sent immediately without delay.
- Publishers can now configure global consent defaults for greater control over default consent behavior.
- Late consent detection diagnostics are now available to help identify and resolve GTG-related consent timing issues.
