Integration
Once you've selected an XO environment to link your BigCommerce store to, you'll get access to the Integration Overview page depicted below. Click on 'Apps' to navigate to this page in the left-hand panel, and select the Attraqt App from your list of installed apps. To add XO features to your store, toggle the features you want to be enabled.
Catalog Sync
Before you use the app to orchestrate recommendations and search and track basic user activity data, your Technical Consultant can set up the import of your BigCommerce product catalog into your XO environment. For information on the progress of the data sync, please contact your Technical Consultant who can assist.
Algorithm Activation
Algorithms allow you to define powerful recommendations and rules based on your visitor's on-site behaviour. Your Technical Consultant will set up your algorithm library. Please note that some algorithms will require data to be used effectively.
XO Configuration
Once your BigCommerce product catalog is imported into XO, you can begin the configuration of your environment, including defining tags, declaring variables, and creating widgets.

Search
XO search will automatically replace BigCommerce search once this toggle is enabled. It is set to 'Off' by default, as we highly recommend users configure search functionalities within XO before enabling this feature. This ensures Search is functioning appropriately depending on your business needs.
Please note that XO Search will work without modifying your Cornerstone theme. Given this is a frontend injection of XO Search to the store, if you decide to use another custom theme for your store, you must review and update the naming of the Search frontend elements of the store so that the XO Search injection is triggered correctly.

Data Tracking
Tracking your customers' behaviour is incredibly important. It allows you to review your store's performance with XO's Insights too,l and optimise personalisation algorithms and merchandising rules via the XO console. The feature toggle for Data Tracking is set to 'On' by default and will automatically track your shoppers' activities. Tracked events include:
- Clicks on XO widgets.
- Products added to cart.
- Purchases made in the store.
- Monitoring the number of views on products.
- Recognising returning visitors.
- Identifying logged in users.
Recommendation Widgets
The recommendation widgets toggle will be set to 'On' by default. This allows you to place XO widgets onto your store using Page Builder. Please review the Page Builder section for more information on XO widgets in Page Builder.
Tracker ID
A pre-requisite for enabling Data Tracking on your store is providing the Tracker ID. This is required in order to send tracked events to the correct XO environment. Find your Tracker ID and CADP configuration on the 'integration' page within the XO Console. Alternatively, if you're having difficulty locating it, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Technical Consultant for assistance.
Tax Rate
Depending on your BigCommerce configuration, you may want to apply a specific tax percentage to the results returned from searches and recommendations. This field is optional and is not needed if your prices are configured to have tax included.
