It has been created to make it quicker and easier than ever to find answers to your questions, learn about best practices and ensure you get the most from our partnership.
From here, you can get in touch with us. From the Support Portal, your tickets will be swiftly routed to the right Crownpeak team, ensuring that you get in touch with the right people more quickly.
We will confirm when we've received a ticket from you, update you on its progress or remind you that we need your input.

We have prioritized adding content to this knowledge base that will add the most value to you. To make finding what you are looking for more accessible, we have grouped articles by product line.
Each section will contain a getting started article that will provide an overview of the functionality. We have also included how-to articles that guide you through performing actions related to the specific functionality or tool. The order the articles appear in the section is the recommended reading order, this is visible within each article under the "Articles in this section" panel on the left-hand side of the screen.

We know how valuable your time is, so we have made getting in touch with a member of the Crownpeak team as easy as possible. When submitting a request, you only need to pick the Crownpeak product your query is related to and the use case that best describes the reason you would like to get in touch.
Once you submit the ticket, we will review it and assign it to the Support Engineer most qualified to help.

Whenever you get an email about an existing request, you can reply to that email and your response will be added to the request.
