What's been improved

Security

• Security improvements have been applied to address recently identified vulnerabilities, including "Copy Fail" and "Dirty Frag". Where previously mitigations were in place, permanent fixes have now been applied.

Reliability

• As part of our peak 2026 readiness preparations, improvements have been made to the internal tooling used by our support and cloud operations teams to monitor and maintain the platform, to further reduce risk during critical trading periods.

Infrastructure

• As part of ongoing modernization work on FAS and CRU, foundational upgrades have been made to prepare for the containerization of the underlying services. A key part of this work involves separating the infrastructure code for customer-facing services (including FAS, CRU, and Suggest) from the code managing data import processes and core regional infrastructure (such as monitoring, alerting, and scheduled scaling). These changes lay the groundwork for improved scalability, more resilient peak-period handling, and faster, safer releases going forward.
