Report filtering for performance reports
- Filter performance reports in Fredhopper Insights with more precision and flexibility. Use report-specific filters on any metric shown in the report table, without affecting your global filters.
- Choose from enhanced operators to slice and analyse data exactly how you need it. When you apply these filters, you’ll see only the results that match your criteria in that report, while your global filters remain unchanged for other views.
- For example, you can identify low-performing search terms by filtering the search term performance report for low view-conversion (CTR) rates. This makes it easy to spot searches with results that are not converting, helping you quickly pinpoint cases where shoppers may be dissatisfied with the search results and need merchandising or relevance improvements.

Segmenting for performance reports
- Segment performance reports in Fredhopper Insights to analyse individual results in more detail. Open a detailed view for any row in a performance report table to investigate how a specific item performs not just over time but in different locales or reporting environments.
- View a time-based graph for the selected item and switch between metrics.
- Break down the performance data by locale or reporting environment to understand where an item is performing well and where there is opportunity for improvement.
Note: The data in the segmentation table is segmented by the locales and reporting environments selected in your global filters.
- For example, you can analyse whether a specific ranking performs consistently across all locales or only in certain ones. This makes it easy to spot performance differences between markets, helping you quickly identify where targeted merchandising or relevance improvements are needed.
