SmartSearch statistical data cut-off

As part of our work on the SmartSearch cloud update to version 5.0, we are preparing the necessary migration steps: Your data will be migrated to a new cluster, which concerns both searchable and statistical data.  

To ensure efficient migration, we plan not to migrate statistical data on search queries older than 01.01.2025 on the production environment. On DEV/QA, no statistics will be migrated at all. 

Please open a support request before the 17th of March 2025 if there is an objection in this regard.

im Rahmen der Arbeit am Cloud-Update der SmartSearch auf Version 5.0 bereiten wir die nötigen Migrationsschritte vor: Eure Daten werden auf ein neues Cluster migriert, was sowohl die durchsuchbaren wie die statischen Daten betrifft. 

Um eine effiziente Migration zu gewährleisten, planen wir auf der Produktionsumgebung statische Daten über getätigte Suchanfragen, die älter als der 01.01.2025 sind, nicht zu migrieren. Auf DEV/QA werden keine Statistiken migriert. 

Schreibe bitte dem Customer Support bitte bis zum 17. März 2025, sofern es diesbezüglich Einwände gibt.
