The user interface of the trouble ticket system for our Technical Support has been greatly enhanced to provide better access to the most important information and functionality. Starting today you can, for example, find information about planned release dates of upcoming FirstSpirit versions and answers to frequently asked questions. Naturally, we will continuously update and extend the information available.

You can find the new Help Center at https://help.e-spirit.com. Using the previous adress will forward you to the new user interface as well.

If you run into any problems or have questions about the new Help Center, feel free to contact us below this post or with a request to the Technical Support.

Neue Benutzeroberfläche für das Ticket-System

Wir haben die Benutzeroberfläche des Ticketsystems für den Technical Support erweitert, so dass Sie über die Startseite des Ticketsystems direkt Zugriff auf einige wichtige Informationen haben. So finden Sie dort ab sofort zum Beispiel die geplanten Zeitpunkte für die Freigabe der nächsten FirstSpirit Versionen oder Antworten auf häufig gestellte Fragen.

Selbstverständlich werden wir diese Informationen kontinuierlich erweitern und aktualisieren.

Sie erreichen das neue Help Center über die Adresse https://help.e-spirit.com. Die bisherige Adresse leitet selbstverständlich auf die neue Oberfläche um.
