Attraqt identified an issue with the Insights reporting tool in which raw data activity is missing, due to an interruption in the collection of events for the US region between 14/05/2022 03:00 UTC and 23/05/2022 15:00 UTC.
The ingestion services have been restored and data is now flowing into the Insights tool again. However, activity data from 14/05/2022 03:00 UTC until 23/05/2022 15:00 UTC is not retrievable.
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS REPORT
This outage was due to the mishandling of duplicate tracker keys. The duplicate has been removed and a fix is planned to be implemented in the next release.
