The issue has been resolved and the service is back to normal.

Attraqt identified an issue with the Recommendation API of XO which could led to recommendations not being returned. Disruption of the service started at 1:08 PM CET.
Our Engineering team is currently looking at resolving the issue ASAP.
More information will be provided here as an updated.
One to one recommendations are not impacted.
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS REPORT
The root cause was identified as a hardware issue with the server handiling the one to all recommendations.
The Attraqt team took the necessary actions to restore it.
