The cause of the issue was identified as a hardware issue. Our Cloud Operations team resolved it, and now the DATA API service is back to normal.

Attraqt identified an issue with the DATA API service in the European region.
Customers may experience issues uploading data feeds to their environments on my.eu1.fredhopperservices.com
Our team is currently working to resolve the issue and identify the root cause.
