It was detected that the DATA API service is not available and it is not possible to upload data feeds to Attraqt at the moment.
Our team is working to resolve the issue and we will post an update here, once there we have more information.
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS REPORT
On Monday 10th Jan a post-change freeze maintenance plan took place from 10:00 UTC to 12:30 UTC with work on some infrastructure services including the data endpoints, and later in the afternoon, there were a number of reports about data endpoints returning 503 statues. Atrraqt's investigation showed the required configuration was missing for the affected regions and that was due to a compatibility issue that occurred after the maintenance window. Once the root cause was identified, Attraqt put a recovery action plan to adjust the configuration and the service was returned back to operation again.
