Infrastructure Modernisation in the US Region - Migrating Traffic on Monday 28th March 2022

We are planning to migrate customer traffic in the US region from Kong-> Apache to Kong only. Apache traffic will be switched off after the migration is completed.

We will be implementing this change on Monday 28th March 2022.

No action is required on the part of our customers as the changes will not affect the integration with the Fredhopper Discovery platform.

Impact

Please be assured that we do not expect an interruption to your service due to this change.

In an unlikely scenario, you may observe an increased error rate in the Query API. Attraqt teams will be monitoring this during the change.
