The root cause of the issue was identified. There were a few separate events in the internal infrastructure which impacted each other's flows, and this resulted in the automated contingency plans not working properly. Our team is currently working to resolve the issue.

Attraqt identified an issue with the AI Search functionality, and no responses are being returned. Our teams are currently investigating the situation, and once we have more information, we will add an update.
