Reminder: Infrastructure Modernisation in the US region between 14th March and 28th March 2022

Throughout Q1 2022 we are continuing to modernise the Fredhopper infrastructure by enhancing the Load Balancing layers

We will be implementing some of the changes between 14th March and 28th March 2022 in the US region.

Note: Some dates have been revised from their original dates. For the full list of dates, see the main article.

No action is required on the part of our customers as the changes will not affect the integration with the Fredhopper Discovery platform.

Impact

Please be assured that we do not expect an interruption to your service due to this change.

In an unlikely scenario, you may observe an increased error rate in the Query API. Attraqt teams will be monitoring this during the change.
