The issue has now been resolved and any changes made up until now should now reflect on the front end. If this is not the case please get in touch with the Support team by logging a ticket with us.

At this time we are still working on resolving this issue. We will continue to post updates hear until the issue is resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing changes made to XO Merchandising rules from propagating to the front end. Recommendation Widgets on the front end will continue to function, only changes to the rules will not be reflected until the issue is resolved.
