Dry Run tests for Major incidents

Attraqt would like to inform you that as part of our preparation for peak, we will be testing internally our procedures for Major incidents.

Two tests are planned for 20th and 21st of September at 10:00 UTC (11:00 BST, 12:00 CEST).

The test will include a simulation of a major incident where our Support and Cloud Operations teams will test and review the process that we have in place.

This will result in an official notification in our Support Center with an example title: Dry Run test for Major incident.

We want to use this as an opportunity to test your subscription to the Service Notifications section and the notifications received from this section when a new article is added.

No actions are required from our customers during the tests.
