Standard users can now view restricted broken-link issues. Standard users requesting broken-link issues with restricted visibility were getting a 403 error instead of results. The permission check had been missing from this endpoint since it was first introduced — it's now in place.
The roadmap link on the login page now goes to the right place. After the roadmap migration, the login-page link was landing on a generic portal tab rather than the DQM in-progress view.
The calendar UI translates correctly when switching language. Previous/next month labels and their accessibility labels now update when a user changes locale, instead of staying in the default language.
