Enhancements

• Both the tactical and the strategic Accessibility pages now offer downloads of your WCAG levels and checkpoints as PDF.
  The download button can be found on the right side of the accessibility page.
  To include specific WCAG checkpoints in the PDF simply expand a checkpoint category.
• The Page Checker installation is now available on all Website Dashboard pages.
• Improved calculation of total counts of misspellings
  Total misspelled words: The count of unique words that have been misspelled
  Total misspellings: The total number of instances of misspelled words

Bugfixes

• Open Dashboards in a new tab from the Website Leader Board (OCD-3713)
