Scenario
Suggest results used to be available in Fredhopper preview pages when searching for a specific term, but this is no longer working.
Steps for Google Chrome

- Open the Fredhopper preview page in your browser.
- Start typing a search term in the search box and check if your browser shows a Not secure sign next to the URL.
- Click on the red exclamation mark in the far left of the browser's address bar.
- From the resulting text box, click on 'Site settings'.
- You will be taken to the chrome site security settings for the preview pages
- Scroll down the page until you see the option for 'Insecure Content'
- Use the dropdown to select 'Allow'.
- Close the Chrome browser tab which will save the setting change.
- On your Preview page, click the reload button from the banner to reload the page.
- Try to re-enter the term into the search box. The Suggest results should be visible again.
Steps for Firefox
- Open the Fredhopper preview page in your browser.
- Start typing a search term in the search box and check if your browser shows a padlock sign next to the URL.
- Click on the padlock and from the resulting text box, you click on the arrow > on the right.
- Then click the button to 'Disable protection for now'.
- The page should reload automatically for you.
- Try to re-enter the term into the search box. The Suggest results should be visible again.
