We'll be making some small changes to the Support Centre sections to make browsing and viewing articles easier for you.
The old way
Previously, the sections were ordered in a flat structure and would require going through many pages to reach the article you needed. For each section, only the articles were shown, but the subsections weren't visible. Only by going into the main section page would you see all the content.
It looks like there is only one article in the Service Catalog section when there are many more:
The new way
What you will see improved:
- Brighter colours for the blocks of content, making it easier to pick out what you're looking for.
- Subsections are now displayed under the section heading, along with articles.
- Subsections are in bold to separate them from articles.
Compared to before, the section now looks more populated:
