Attraqt is planning on regular maintenance work on Monday 12 June 2023.
During this maintenance window, you may experience:
- Trigger processing delays between 11:00 UTC and 14:00 UTC
- Due to AWS scheduled maintenance, we will also be restarting some services in the AP1 region. For 30 minutes during the maintenance customers on the AP1 region will not be able to submit new data feeds for processing. Any feeds that are rejected will need to be re-submitted after the maintenance window has concluded.
Please be assured that we do not expect there to be any downtime as part of this maintenance work.
No further impact is expected, but if you notice any issues, please log a ticket with us.
