Introduction
This guide will take you through viewing and updating an existing ticket.
Viewing existing tickets
Starting from the Support Centre home page, click on the user profile drop-down in the top right-hand of the screen and select "Requests".
You can click on any ticket to view it in its entirety.
Updating existing tickets
Any ticket that has yet to be completely closed can be updated by simply adding a comment in the comment text box at the bottom of the conversation.
You can also add attachments to the existing ticket or CC additional users in.
You can also reply to the email thread for any existing ticket to update it.
