ContentCreator InEdit for TPP / OmniChannel possible

Hi,

we are using TPP_SNAP-API (https://docs.e-spirit.com/tpp/snap/index.html#tpp_snap) to edit content in ContentCreator Inhalte directly in our frontend. EasyEdit functionality is working as expected. The toolbar appears and sections can be created, moved and edited via the form.

 

The question is whether it is also possible to use the InEdit functionality. We have provided the input components in our templates with the corresponding data-preview-id (e.g., #st_headline). However, the pencil does not appear when hovering like it does when using a classic project in ContentCreator.

 

Is this possible?

  Hi Fabian,

  does it work when you use CTRL+click or a long click on the text (regardless of the form of the mouse pointer)? If yes, this is most probably related to an issue (missing visualization of the pencil on hover) that will be fixed in 2025.10

  yes, indeed CTRL+click is working! Perfect, then I will wait for 2025.10 and give it a test then.

  I just wanted to give the feedback that with 2025.10 and above the pencil is displayed and everthing works as expected :).
