How to delete the Groupnames in Server manager project which does not have any users(0) allocated?

Hello Team,

How to delete the groupnames which does not have any users allocated. user is 0. There is no use keeping them in SA.

Attached the below image for your reference.

Is there any script available to execute it ? or do we need to create one manually?
