Issues with FirstSpirit Search

Hello everyone,

We're having issues with the search function inside one of our projects.

Some keywords return no results  even though there are elements with the keywords in the display name or reference name in the project that can be retrieved manually. We're seeing this behavior in the media store and template store.

We're using basic strings with no special conditions or parameters.

We have executed recently a schedule entry with the "rebuild search index".

It has executed successfully and with no errors. Unfortunately, it produced no logs for debugging.

We've executed the rebuild search index again to see if the situation improves.

I would appreciate if anyone has some insight they can offer to solve this issue.

  As update

  Running the "Rebuild Search Index" action has produced the expected results.

  Apparently, the first time this action was executed did not finish properly even though the execution was marked as successful.
