No formatting in preview

Hello,

a new user has launched the SiteArchitect, and the preview area is unformatted.

So there is no background and no colors, just plain text and images. Is there a way to enable formatting for the preview?

  SOLVED. The problem was that the user didn't have the required permissions. Now the preview looks alright.
