Where are the up/down-buttons at the sections in the OmniChannelManager?

As the shows there are/were up/down buttons to move sections up/down.

These buttons are gone in the OmniChannelManager.

According to the service desk, drag'n'drop is the recommended way for the OmniChannelManager to move sections but in my case, sections might be quite high, so losing focus while dragging happens very often. Therefore, I want to get the buttons back.

Does anybody know how to reactive them? The service desk mentioned registerButton(button, index) and overrideDefaultButton(defaultButtonName, buttonOverrides) (fs-tpp-api/snap 1.2.17 | Documentation) but perhaps there already exists a simpler solution.
