CMS_LABEL - problem with & character

Hi,

How to add the & symbol in the label for CMS_LABEL. It throws GOM Syntax Error.?

<CMS_LABEL bold="yes" size="20">

    <LANGINFOS>

      <LANGINFO lang="*" label="Existing pages can no longer be changed and released. See also Documentation & Community."/>

  just use & instead of & [and < instead of <, > instead of >, ...]
