OCM 3 showTranslationDialog missing

We had a look at the migration to OCM v3. The migration guide says: Use TaioloredUI to hide, extend or exchange standard functions. Where can I enable the TPP_SNAP feature showTranslationDialog? In OCM v2 the button is visible.
