The FAS query usage tab provides a simple and intuitive way to track query volume across all your Fredhopper Access Server (FAS) environments. This new section sits alongside existing reporting tools such as performance reports and A/B test reports, offering clear visibility into your query usage.
The FAS query usage page displays how many queries all your FAS environments process each day, allowing you to understand usage patterns across environments at a glance.
Warning: Instead of showing data for a single environment only, the graph includes all environments configured for your customer account. The selected global filters do not affect the data displayed.
Each of your FAS environments is represented by its own line in the chart, helping you compare usage trends without switching context.
The FAS query usage page consists of two main elements:
Total query count: A summary metric displayed prominently on the page showing the total number of FAS queries across all environments for your selected date range.
Note: To adjust the date rage, click the calendar icon and select the date range for which you want to see your FAS query usage.
Interactive line graph: A time-series chart showing daily query counts for each environment. Each environment line is color-coded and labeled to help you distinguish trends across environments.
Interpreting the graph
Multiple lines: Each line represents a different FAS environment. The environment names appear in the legend, and colors match the lines on the chart.
