Fredhopper now supports Single Sign-On (SSO), providing a streamlined and secure way to access our tools. 

Note: SSO handles authentication not authorization. Authentication confirms the user's identity. Authorization determines what a user is allowed to do within each tool. Authorization is handled in the Merchandising Studio, with basic permissions set automatically. Super users or support agents can adjust access as needed.

SSO offers several practical advantages that make accessing Fredhopper tools easier and more secure.

• Centralized authentication: SSO reduces password-related risks by letting users log in once instead of managing multiple credentials.

• Streamlined on-boarding and off-boarding: New users get instant access, and when users leave, all access can be revoked with a single action.

• Improved workflow: One login allows users to access multiple Fredhopper applications without repeated sign-ins.

• Fredhopper Insights

• Fredhopper Preview Pages

Additional services, such as the Advanced Recommendations Solution (XO) and Account Portal, will be added in the future.
