Web Content Optimizer Update  

In this release, we are updating Web Content Optimizer (WCO), Crownpeak’s personalization service, to prepare for future enhancements. This is the second in a series of changes to WCO’s database and infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.  

DXM Improvements 

• Improved WCO backup jobs for up to date backups to the nearest hour and minimized the total backup time. (OCD – 19166)
