[RELEASE] CaaS 2020-11-11

Hi everybody,

we have published a new CaaS release today. The versions contained are CaaS platform 2.16.5, CaaS Connect 3.1.8 and CaaS module 2.13.13.

Please note that we have withdrawn the last release (2020-11-05, as announced in [RELEASE] CaaS 2020-11-05 ) because of some missing pieces in its packages. 2020-11-11 replaces 2020-11-05 now.

Also please note that we have some breaking changes in the CaaS platform version, which require you to pay attention and take a look at the CaaS platform migration guide.
