The Fredhopper Search Suggest feature can now be powered using data collected by Crownpeak's Front-End Tracking for Fredhopper.
The Front-End Tracking feeds back user activity and events from your front-end web application back to the Fredhopper platform. This data populates the Insights reporting dashboard within Fredhopper. Fredhopper Search Suggest then uses the data from Insights to power your Search Suggest suggestions.
Note: You can power all available types of suggestions using Insights data.
