To create a rule that runs only when a shopper visits a specific page or completes a specific navigation path, you need to add a User location trigger when you configure the rule.
Prerequisites
Verify that you can create and manage rules in the Merchandising Studio.
Your user role determines your level of access to the Merchandising Studio. To change your role and level of access, contact a Merchandising Studio administrator from your team.

Log in to the Merchandising Studio.
You can access it from your FHR URL containing /fredhopper/admin/.
You can also access it from the top right corner of the Preview Pages.
Step 2
Create a new rule.
Step 3
Provide a name and select a scope for the rule.
Step 4
In the Triggers area, from the Select trigger drop-down menu, select User location.
Step 5
Click Add location.
Step 6
From the pop-up window, configure the category page, or navigation path that you want to use.
