Introduction
This article is to help you create new users on the XO console.
In order to create new users, you will need to have the administrator rights for the XO console.
Please note, for security reasons, users with administrator rights on the customer's side are responsible for creating new users for the company.
Step-by-step guide
1. When on the console, click on your name at the top right of the page.
2. Click on "Users" in the drop-down menu.
3. Click on "Add user"
4. Fill in the fields - First Name, Last Name, Email
Remember to choose the tenant(s) the user will need access to, and the user level.
The tenant corresponds to the account.
You can here select more than one tenant, according to what the user needs access to, by clicking on the little facing-down arrow.
There are two types of users possible: User, and Administrator.
Administrators can create new users for the XO console.
5. When you have filled in everything, click on "Create" at the bottom right of the page.
6. Once the user is created, they will receive an invitation email to set up a password. Please note that the link provided in this email expires after 12h. If the user hasn't set up their account in this time frame, the Administrator will need to generate a new link.
