Fredhopper's standard integrations with leading reporting providers like Omniture, Coremetrics and Google Analytics make reports actionable. Instead of having marketeers manually analyze tables & graphs, Fredhopper's business rules adapt to the learnings from former behavior, and auto-optimize your ranking and recommendations.
Background
The most common starting point is a report providing for each product:
- Number of times the product was sold (or alternative Euro/Dollar sales)
- Number of times the product was checked out (entering the checkout funnel independent if it was finally bought)
- Number of times the product was viewed
These metrics are a solid base for merchandising rules and commercial rankings.
The Fredhopper Data Manager can load and process every report provided - via drag-and-drop.
