How to access the XO console?

Welcome to the XO platform!

Your console can be accessed at the following address: https://console.early-birds.io/. If this is your first connection, below are the steps to follow.

 

Step-by-step guide

1. Once your account has been created by your administrator or your XO CSM, you should receive an email entitled "Welcome to Experience Orchestrator!" with an access link to the console, that looks like the one below.

 

 

2. Click set your password'. You will be redirected to the console and invited to create a password. Please note that this link expires after 12 hours. After that, your admin will have to send you a new link. 

 

3. Click on the following link for your first connection: https://console.early-birds.io/ and enter your newly configured password and click on 'Log in'.

 

 

Well done! Your account is now active and you can start using XO. Enjoy 😊
