Introduction

The Fredhopper Tracker is used to feedback user activity and events from the front-end web application back to the Fredhopper platform. This data is then used to power the Insights reporting dashboard within Fredhopper, the A/B testing of Fredhopper rules and also to power the AI scores algorithms, if you make use of this advanced system feature.

The tracker is available as a JavaScript library implementation or via a dedicated API.
