Sub project is not showing under page content

Hi All,
A user is assigned to a sub- project under project say "x". The problem is that the user cannot see that particular subproject after login into the first spirit. However, the other sub project can be seen (tested) if assigned but only one specific sub project not showing. Besides, that specific project can be seen in other section. such as data sources, media store, and site structure but not in page content. However, a user with admin permission has no such problem except with user who has 'editor' or other permission for that particular subproject facing such problem. Does anybody has any clue regarding this issue? I hope my explanation is understandable.

  I have resolved this issue. FYI, there was a mistake in project permission.
