Does CMS_INPUT_DOM support Microsoft Word formatting?

When we copy text from Microsoft Word and paste into a CMS_INPUT_DOM, when we preview the page we see question marks where em Dashes and certain quotes are.  Is there a setting where we can enable the formatting to be recognized when copy/pasting from Word?

  Thanks for the reply, but that link is giving me 403 Forbidden?  What do I have to do to get access to that part of the site?

  Oh, I guess you are from the US? Try replacing the en with us in the URL. US-Link

  Got the answer, it was the HTML encoding setting under languages in the Project Properties, it was set to ISO-8559-1, changing to UTF-8 worked.

  The 403 Forbidden error is coming from my browser is forcing https, using http works.
