Release workflow including GCA from Content Creator

Hello,

I have a basic release workflow to release a page, working well from the content creator.

But if I change something that is Global Content Area (GCA) like the footer or the header, how can I release that inside the workflow in CC?

Fore example in Site Architect I can do this:

How can I start this from Content Creator? AS footer is part of all pages, there is no Site Structure page where I can go to.
